As a Product Marketing Manager you will be instrumental in defining and driving the marketing strategy for Sweat Economy's main Web3 product, the Sweat Wallet app (iOS and Android).
This role is pivotal in ensuring that the community is energized and engaged with a constant flow of meaningful and attractive campaigns and they have good reasons to engage with the app and be (on-chain) active. Campaigns will be based on the products that already exist (Growth Jars, Rewards and Learn&Earn quizzes and Quests) as well as new features developed by the product team.
Job Overview:
As a Product Marketing Manager you will be charged with growing the reach and engagement of Sweat Economy's Web3 product by developing a roadmap of campaigns around Rewards, Grow Jars, lessons and quests (managed by the marketing team via admin panel), new product features (working closely with product managers to develop features that resonate with users and support the platform's growth).
The role involves overseeing the development of marketing plans, preparation of product offering (or coordination with the product teams if related to new feature launches), development of marketing materials and delivery through all the relevant channels and fulfillment of the products/services to the winners/participant to drive community engagement with the app and to deliver the key measure of Product Marketing teams success metric - MOAU and $SWEAT token sinks (monthly on-chain active users).
Key Responsibilities:
Web3 Product Growth & Roadmap Alignment:
- Develop and maintain an exciting Product Marketing plan built around features already existing (Rewards, Grow Jars, quizzes and quests) as well as new product launches delivered by the product team.
- Collaborate with product managers to align the product roadmap with marketing strategies, ensuring feature releases support market expansion, increases monthly on-chain active users (MOAU), token sinks and user engagement.
- Drive, improve and innovate the current main features of Sweat Wallet, including Growth Jars, Rewards, Learn&Earn, Prize Draws, etc, to achieve increased usage of these features, while owning communication cycle around these product (i.e. pushes, socials, email)
- Take-over the delivery of the products and services to the winners and participants to ensure high level of their satisfaction (open and clear comms, rapid fulfillment to prevent complaints, use of winners in marketing campaigns to remove doubts about legitimacy of the service, etc.)
- Create and develop innovative new product ideas for Sweat Wallet together with product teams, to drive MOAU and token sinks, and collaborate with BD team to drive revenue, as well as increase user engagement, retention and acquisition.
- Drive the growth of the Web3 product by developing and executing marketing strategies that target and attract the right audiences.
Movement Economy Narrative in Sweat Wallet:
- Lead the crafting of and pushing the Movement Economy narrative inside the Sweat Wallet, positioning $SWEAT as a key component of this emerging market by ensuring $SWEAT’s utility is instrumental in all of Sweat Wallet’s current and future features.
- Plan and manage key Product Marketing initiatives, including product launches and ongoing campaigns that promote the growing use of Sweat Wallet and increase adoption of $SWEAT inside Sweat Wallet.
Web Management & Data-Driven Marketing:
- Own Web development of Sweat Economy’s websites, aligning between marketing, design, and product teams.
- Direct the use of CMS tools to update web content in line with product campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Utilize web analytics and user insights to drive improvements in content strategy and website conversion rates.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the product teams, business development team, rewards team, community manager, and head of content to ensure cohesive marketing strategies that support business goals.
- Ensure seamless communication between marketing and product teams for the successful launch and promotion of new features.
Community Engagement & Content Strategy:
- Alongside the community manager, engage with the Sweat Economy community to gather feedback and insights that can inform product and marketing strategies for the Sweat Wallet to improve engagement, retention and acquisition.
- Partner with the head of content to develop compelling narratives that resonate with the community and elevate Sweat Economy’s brand reputation across channels.
Performance Metrics & KPI Management:
- Define and monitor key metrics that measure the effectiveness of product marketing efforts, with a particular focus on Web3 product adoption and user engagement.
- Continually evaluate and refine marketing strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, user comms, channel-specific comms, with a significant understanding of mobile ecosystem specifics. Fintech and/or Web3 experience is a bonus!
- Proven track record in developing and executing product marketing strategies for mobile apps including in-app comms, pushes, emails. Understanding of web3-centric channels like Twitter, Telegram and Discord is a significant bonus.
- Strong understanding of product mobile development cycles, user experience, and CMS platforms (MoEngage)
