As the User Engagement Lead, you will drive user onboarding, engagement, re-activation, and social connection, ensuring users feel consistently motivated and satisfied. You will own lifecycle marketing campaigns that utilize data-driven insights to enhance the user journey.
Key Responsibilities
Core Product Engagement
- Collaborate with the product team to create contextual feature discovery and promote new feature launches.
- Drive KPIs by leveraging email, push, IAM, and other communication channels to connect with users effectively.
Lifecycle Strategy and Engagement
- Onboarding Optimization: Lead initiatives to ensure new users have a smooth, engaging onboarding experience, setting the stage for long-term retention.
- Data-Driven Re-Engagement: Utilize behavioral triggers and tailored nudges to keep users actively engaged with the app.
- Re-Activation Campaigns: Design personalized outreach efforts to re-engage inactive users, using targeted messaging and tailored offers.
- Social Activations: Develop friend invites, community activities, and social prompts to encourage interaction and foster connections within the app.
Campaign Management and Lifecycle Operations
- Event-Based Campaigns: Plan and execute themed events or challenges that promote group participation and build excitement among users.
- Limited-Time Offers: Develop seasonal promotions, exclusive bonuses, and time-sensitive offers to enhance user excitement and urgency.
- Personalized Reactivation Campaigns: Craft reactivation campaigns tailored to dormant users, using data insights to draw them back into the fold.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, marketing, and data teams to align campaigns with business goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Share performance insights, user behavior trends, and strategic recommendations to improve engagement initiatives continually.

- Innovative Campaign Creator: A strong background in designing event-based campaigns, limited-time offers, and personalized reactivation efforts that drive excitement.
- Collaborative Partner: Experienced in cross-functional teamwork, aligning with various departments to execute successful campaigns.
Experience and Skills
- 5+ years in user engagement, lifecycle marketing, and CRM, preferably in B2C companies.
- Expertise in CRM and lifecycle marketing platforms to design complex workflows and data-driven campaigns.
- Strong copywriting, campaign design, and content creation abilities.
- Proven success in driving KPIs related to user activation, engagement, and reactivation.
- Fluent in English.
